The new version of OmmWriter is now available from the Mac store, and it’s rather good. If you’re fed up with Microsoft Word, and are in need of something simpler, Dāna is the answer. I’ve been using it recently and despite the speil about how ‘simplicity is beautiful’, it is nice to work with on account of it’s stripped down, focused aesthetic and functionality. The background ambient music is a somewhat pretentious touch, but overall it’s an Apple fanboy/part-time blogger‘s dream.
