Not owning an iPad myself, I still sometimes longingly look at those who do, prancing around clutching it under one arm, nonchalantly swiping through their tweets and pictures. I often console myself that they are actually a huge waste of money, an opinion backed up by the numerous people that tell me that since shelling out over £400 for the “future of computing,” it’s turned out to be an expensive paperweight.
